September 9, 2020 Traveling to Canada from the United States? As of now, all discretionary/optional (non-essential) travel is still prohibited. However, for those traveling for non-discretionary (essential) purposes, the Canada Borders Service Agency (CBSA) has very strict rules and entry conditions that must be followed to enter Canada.
